More

Our research addresses questions of ‘dwelling’, which is considered a multi-layered historical, cultural and societal phenomenon viewed in relation to current developments in architecture and urban planning. Over the last few years, we have expanded this research by examining the processes and instruments in the planning, management and maintenance of infrastructure and residential buildings, using methodologies from the social and cultural sciences.

ETH Wohnforum – ETH CASE is concerned with basic an applied research. The results are disseminated in academic and non-academic publications, in courses to students of architecture, at scientific conferences and at industry symposia.
