Michael Neuman is Professor of Sustainable Urbanism in the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at the University of Westminster as of January 2017, and principal of the Michael Neuman Consultancy since 1995. He was Professor of Sustainable Urbanism in the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, where he served as Director of the Infrastructure Research Cluster, Chair of the Built Environment Node of the Australian Climate Change Adaption Research Network for Settlements and Infrastructure, and Associate Director of the City Futures Research Centre.
